The Grass fed T-Bone steak is a cross cut from just below the Porterhouse steak, and like the Porterhouse has a section of the top loin and tender loin in it. Grass fed T-Bone Steak is a great steak for grilling. Generous amounts of fat keep it moist, tender and flavorful. (2 Steaks per package 1.75-2 lbs.)
