Our Berkshire pigs are rotationally grazed on pasture all summer long. They are all antibiotic, and hormone free. Berkshire Pork has a darker red meat than traditional Pork and an outstanding flavor. If you haven’t ever tried Berkshire Pork you are missing out! Berkshire is widely considered to be the Gold Standard of pork. Berkshire pork is known for its tenderness, marbling, juiciness, and rich full flavor.
Our cattle are all 100% grass fed. We are certified by the American Grassfed Association and they do yearly audits to make sure we follow the their strict grass fed protocols. No antibiotics or hormones and we don’t use glycophosphates on our farm.
