For Bulk product orders (1/4, 1/2, or whole cow), you can specify custom instructions for our butcher by filling out the form below.
All orders contain about 40% ground beef. Do not check the ground beef option, unless you want to reduce the amount of roasts you are getting. Ground beef and Stewing beef come in 1 lb. packages, unless otherwise specified.
